Holiday Shipping:

USPS recommends shipping domestic orders by December 16th to give your package the best shot at arriving before the 25th. Any orders place on or before Dec 10th will be shipped before or on the 16th, but I cannot guarantee against delayed packages due to how overworked USPS is this time of the year. I appreciate any patience you can give small businesses at this time! <3

Are you accepting custom orders?

Because of the number of commission requests I receive, I limit the ones I take on to patrons only. If you’d like to join my patreon you can find that linked here, and If you’d like to put in a custom request you can message me through the app. All tiers have access to the commissions waitlist. Here's the link

Custom order prices vary depending on the style of commission. For custom dolls my prices start at $400 usd, with the average order going for $500-$600 usd. These prices depend on details and specifics requested. I would use the pricing on my previous work as a reference for how much an order might cost. 

When will you restock items?

Restocks are very rare and difficult to commit to due to the nature of one-of-a-kind artworks. My Instagram is the best place to get updates on restocks, as well as checking my website for what the next drop will include. 

Custom orders can also include requesting previously sold out work, so be sure to check out my patreon if you're interested in commissioning something that you haven't seen return on the site. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment I can only confirm that shipping is working within the US, Canada, Australia, and the UK. If you live outside of these areas please verify that your country is accepting packages from the US before purchasing, specifically from USPS. I'm not responsible if a purchase gets lost or held up, but if a package is returned to me I will refund. Be aware that international orders are likely to take weeks if not months, with some being stuck in customs for long periods of time. I have no control over this, but am happy to do what I can from my end. 

 

Do you accept refunds?

Refunds can be accepted on a case by case basis. As a general rule, I do not accept refunds after I have either started crafting the product or have shipped it. Photos and measurements included will always be accurate so make sure to read and double check your measurements before ordering. In the case that I do approve a refund, shipping costs will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me. Refunds must be requested within 3 days of item being delivered. If any mistakes are noticed, please send photos to my email as proof (shoptravesuras.sf@gmail.com). 

How long does shipping take?

Ready made items will ship out within 5 days, and generally arrive between 5-7 days after being scanned. Made to order or custom items can take up to 6 weeks to be ready to ship. When I ship an item you will automatically receive an email or text with your tracking number, as long as you provide a way to contact you at checkout. Both you and I are using this same tracking number as our only form of information on your shipment. If it is delayed, the only thing I can do is track it using the same number you have.

This is to say that I have no control over USPS and their shipping fullfilment is separate from my business. Please keep this in mind if you're worried over the status of your order, I promise you I am hoping just as much as you are that it arrives safe and sound. This is why I only use tracked shipping.
